Position: Clerk
Responsibilities:
● Opening and sorting incoming mail daily, and delivering it to the appropriate accounts
payable clerk
● Sorting cheques according to delivery method
● Gathering back up material for cheques requiring further sign off, and delivering them to
the appropriate person for sign off.
● Picking up and delivering mail and cheques to various locations within the hospital
● Preparing cheques for mail, both internally and externally
● General clerical support including filing, copying, and various department errands

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy many sports, most notably hockey and soccer. I enjoy scrapbooking and reading, as
well as cooking and baking.

productive working alone. I am reliable, trustworthy, and enjoy taking on new challenges. I
enjoy learning, and am not afraid to try something new.
