Oversaw maintenance facilities on the 120 acre nursery and over 5.3 million dollars of
equipment. Managed up to seven maintenance technicians. Provided technical assistance to
n urseries managers across the U.S. and the C.E.O. to help in the integration of the
P reventive Maintenance program. Designed and implemented a companywide Preventive
M aintenance Services and Checks program for all nurseries in the United States.
Fabricated existing production lines to accommodate two gallon container and increased
p roduction by 104% directly resulting in increased sales and reduced labor. Designed on
fabricated an existing t railer which increased the t ransportation of Metrolionia plant racks
f rom the greenhouses to the shipping line by 200%. Decreased production equipment
downtime by 50% Worked with vendors for the repair of certain equipment.
November 2011-September 2013 Maintenance Manager, Hopper Energy Systems, Naples,

I mplemented procedure of repair and maintenance of diesel, automotive, generators,
electrical motors, and mechanical systems in shop. Designed and oversaw the building of
t hree generations of alternative energy working models, used for investor presentations.

M ine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP). Filled in as I raq Theater Manager duties
i ncluding updating Deadline reports, attended weekly Conference meetings, weekly t rend
data reports, employee payroll, R&R requests, benefits, t raining and scheduling and various
administrative tasks. Troubleshooting and replacement of electrical components, caterpillar
engines, Allison t ransmission.
