OBJECTIVE: Traveling superintendent/project manager in building and

trades field seeking position where I can apply my skills, experience,

reliability and efforts to complete projects in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE: Superintendent with 20+ years experience in construction of

retail stores and remodels, with experience in restaurants, hospitals, nursing

homes, and restoration of same. I have worked for design build firms in major

malls and strip plazas beginning with demo/remodel/build-outs, office tenant

spaces, and restoration to specs of tenant. Have strong skills in all phases of

carpentry, project development, blue prints, public relations, coordination of

subs with timely closings. Have experience in insurance damage claims,

fire/flood restoration, housing repair, government facilities, hospitals, ground

up day care centers, schools and other commercial institutions. Have

references.
