1 Project Description:
As a part of Control & Visualization Business unit's Team worked on the
Firmware testing of Windows CE based Industrial Automation Products. The
Testing involved Acceptance testing of the Products using Microsoft .NET
Framework and Automated scripts using Tux Test Harness. The testing
included various accepts of OS Features and Windows support for Rockwell
Products.
Acceptance tests were designed in accordance to the FRS using the Aptest
tool and Defect Management using Rational Clear Quest.

2 Project Description:
Student and Organization Records Management (SORM) is single point of data
capture and management for students and organizations in support of both
paper and electronic test delivery within Pearson Educational Measurement
(PEM).
The Student life cycle in the system from creation to registration to
appearing for actual tests (paper / Online) is validated with other
producers for the Person Access Portal across various states.
Responsibilities:
Lead a 5 member QA team in developing and implementing quality-assurance
methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards and customer
specifications from Release 2.3 to 4.2
Followed Agile scrum process for the project which included daily scrum
calls, iteration planning, test case creation on the user stories, defect
logging etc using Rally as the test management tool along with HP Quality
Center10, 11.
Identified the root cause of the System integration issues in previous
releases and worked upon a mitigation plan for the next 2 releases that
brought down the defect slippage from 8% to less than 1% and finally 0.5%
Worked with the Business Analysts and the Development team on mitigating
the risks on the Requirements (frequent issues in the documents provided)
and implemented few processes on them.
Leveraged product knowledge to communicate effectively with software design
team, quickly gaining their respect and becoming a valued, "go-to" team
member on challenging test cases.
Created test process in terms of tangible measurements for the effort,

1 Project Description:
The Buy Sell Hubbing Project for Motorola included System Testing,
Integration Testing, and End to end testing of with 2 Hubs (YCH & BAX
Global). The Testing included the Intersystem testing of the components
developed by the 3 Stakeholders Savvion, Oracle & WebLogic.
The project has reached the Go Live stage with a successful UAT.
3 Responsibilities:
Creation of Test Plan based on the requirements in the Form of Functional
Specifications, Design Docs
Tracking Defects to closure using Rational Clear Quest,
Preparing Defect consolidation logs on Daily Basis and updating the Stake
Holders about the progress in a status call.
Coordinating with the Stakeholders for test data and Defects as there were
3 different system interacting with each other.
The Control Testing Included Data Validation, File Integrity, Audit Trail,
Backup & recovery (Down Time handling in this case) in System Test Specs.
The End to End Testing, Intersystem Testing & Error Handling testing was
done along with the System testing with separate scenarios and Data
provided by the Stake holders other than Savvion.
The Project involved testing Validation Framework and B2B framework with
different set of test data to simulate different responses
Writing/ reviewing the Test Cases based on the Functional Specifications
and the Same were used for UAT. This was a Six Sigma Project and the Specs
were reviewed by the Client.
Tested the entire Validation Framework for the project which was crucial
part for the UAT. A design flaw was detected related to the Data
transferred between the Oracle business system and Savvion Business manager
and this was appreciated by the Project team.
