and web posting were done.
IBM, Bethesda, MD : Served as project manager for Porting C++,VC++ from AIX, OS/2 to
WinNT platform. Used McCabe tools to run various OO software metrics and static code
analysis such as cyclomatic complexity on all classes and sub systems of Health Information
Systems software to identify objects and methods which needed rework, enhancements and detail
code review.
FEMA, Washington DC: Program Manager for re-architecting and developing three tier
architecture for FEMA system. Served as technical liaison to define client business and
technology requirements. Defined and documented database administration policies and
procedures while developing and implementing corporate database constructs to identify,
evaluate, and recommend improved database management systems.
AT&T, Herndon, VA:;Team lead contracted provide technical expertise for moving software and
systems from NJ to VA, defining QA process and leading the QA team on their Customer Care
project. Systems tested were customer billing and inquiry product line, document viewer. Software
environment included DEC MessageQ middleware, STW testing tool for regression testing,
NeuronData, X-Motif and Oracle.
Eastman Kodak/Lorel, Laurel, MD: Team Lead for software development and system integration
of IRS DPS Project with KODAK image processing systems. GUI development using X-Motif,
UIMX on Sun-Solaris platform for the Image Capture subsystem of the IRS DPS project. Managed
all code reviews and SWIT testing. Development environment included Codecenter debugger, and
VCMS for source code control.
