experience.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I am a competent professional with over 20 years of management in the Engineering, Construction, Mining and

Mechanical industries. I have a strong record of achievement in providing the necessary professional management and

personnel motivation expertise to ensure streamlined and labor efficient operations, customer satisfaction and increased

profitability.

I am a Journeyman engineer ( past member of the local 501 )and have extensive experience in electrical, Trouble

shooting, testing, mechanical, plumbing, water treatment, pool license, Boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, cooling

towers, gear boxes and all other facilities maintenance. I am also a certified welder through AWS. I am proficient in

creating and using multiple computer programs such as Excel, Word, Presentations, Office, Outlook, Etc. creating

budgets, cost analysis, reports and other management duties, I have built, maintained and operated high production

processing plants and managed both plant’s and quarries, I am a certified federal safety instructor (MSHA/OSHA) with

unlimited status.

I work well with and understand the industry related to our business.

I also hold many licenses and certificates that directly apply to managing a safe and profitable business.
