Description: Project 1 for Trade Clearing
The project was to build an Integrated Enterprise Reporting System to supply sufficient data to the staff and external
business users so they can view activity and assess risk. Sources of data included trade processing and activity; risk
data; asset data; position data; commodities price activity; futures and options expiration details. Business users
included Clearing House clerks, risk managers and officers; external clearing member staff; and floor brokers. Reports
are primarily daily activity plus some monthly and YTD reports.
Description: Project 2 for Commodity Operations
This project was to build an Integrated Enterprise Reporting System to supply data in printed form and in readable
format to the commodity operation staffs, Warehouse, Dealers, external Firms (the customers), and the Coffee and
Cocoa grading facility. Multiple sources of data were linked to provide different users the ability to track and analyze,
grading activity (initial, appeals, and re-grading); warehouse inventory; exchange lot status reports; US Department of
Agriculture reportable information; and financials reports. Users included management, clerks, IT staff, clearing
members (the customers), Grading staff, dealers, and warehouses.
Description: Project 3 Banking & Asset Management – US & EU
The project is to build an Integrated Enterprise Reporting System to supply accurate data and audit reports for assets
on deposit and transactions in both USD & Foreign Currencies.
