This project was undertaken by TEKsystems for a financial institution

based in USA.

. Role: content specialist/Project coordinator (3 years)

V Responsible for publishing updated pages for the end users on the

company's website to show the tasks accomplished for a specific

period of time

V Working with developers and testers to figure out problems and get

them resolved (problem troubleshooting and resolution). In

situations where the problems were outside my immediate solutions,
