The Default workflow project is used in tracking the loan modification
requests in Bank of America. This tool automates the process for
receiving, managing, tracking and responding to incoming home loan
modification requests. The tool simplifies the processing of
modifications by automatically moving loans along a consistent workflow
across functions including 020 (Process Support), 030 (Underwriting), 040
(ROQA). There are government regulations to make the homeowner's
affordability and stability plan to restructure or refinance mortgage
loans to avoid foreclosure.
