Analyze raw materials, proto-samples, pre/post production samples and incoming manufactured
products via XRF analysis for non-compliance with cGMP, FDA, CPSIA AND CAL PROP 65.
o Created/revise SOP’s for sampling collection, XRF analysis, quarantine and disposal of
hazardous materials and all other testing operations.
o Create coordinating vendor Corrective Actions for non -conformance resolution
pertaining to financial/stock compensation, dis posal of hazardous materials, proactive
resolution for non-reoccurrences, root cause analysis with preventative actions.
o Provide Certificate of Analysis and General Conformity Certification for all manufac tured
products to ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations.
o Coordinate projects with third party laboratories for annual testing, non -conformance
validation and customer requests for wet method testing.
o Research and attainment of updated training for testing and changing governmental
regulations.
o Calibrate and maintain all instrumentation.
o Quarantine and dispose of identified hazardous materials following standard procedures
for EPA regulations.
o Coordinate, schedule and analyze third party audits of overseas factories.
o Perform internal audits of production and quality systems in preparation for third party
audits for accreditation.

Aid Quality Control Inspection with identification of issues with functionality, appearance, and
consistency of imported manufactured products.
Assist new product development with quality, design and regulatory non -conformance issues
with proposed products. Suggest and implement changes to e nsure highest quality and safest
product for consumers. Perform risk assessment of new/existing products for regulatory
compliance testing, heavy metals, phthalates, flammability, ASTM-F963, mechanical hazards
etc.
Assist Returns/ Claims with customer complaints for satisfactory resolutions.
Lead a team during quarterly internal audits to identify non -conformances with safety, quality and
all other policies and procedures. Create and institute immediate Corrective actions for non -
conformances while initiating root cause analysis to identify the proper improvement for control of
processes that contributed to the failure.
Successfully lead the company through a 3 day intensive audit for Quality, environmental
compliance, security, safety and social complia nce for accreditation.
