I was a senior construction project manager for Temple University

responsible for managing and coordinating concurrent projects at Science

Education Research Center, EdbergOlson,( football training facility),

Temple Performing Arts Center, Pearson/Mcgonigle ( kinesiology school,

campus recreation, athletics & basketball training complex), The West Pod

(electrical substation), School of Architecture, and Pearson/McGonagall (

retail spaces).

PH Renovations, Lebanon, PA

Oct. 1993 to Jan. 2011

I was the owner of PH Renovations. In addition to providing the full

management responsibilities of a small business owner, I also worked hands-

on utilizing the technical skills noted above on many projects. Projects

that I both managed and provided hands-on trade skills included building

and remodeling Hearth Stone Manor, ( a 64 unit assisted living facility),

and several new buildings and upgrades to existing facilities at Fort

Indiantown Gap Military Reservation.
