As a lead consultant for LANNET Communications, recruited a team and led

the development of a proof-of-concept artificial intelligence cloud

computing software, called "Douros." The generic version was used for

demonstrating to LANNET and other ITC customers the infinite capabilities

of cloud computing and clustering software in combination with provisioning

wireline, wireless, and satellite networks. Variations of this proof-of-

concept solutions were adopted by a branch of the Government of Greece and

the National Greek Meteorological Service (Project SKIRON/NHREAS). The oil

variation was adopted by BP Oil/Aspropyrgos, Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth

Refineries, and other ITC customers.

Sr Solutions Development Manager

Led & mentored several teams of SCADA developers that designed and

implemented third party vendor provisioning interfaces. Main focus in

Telecommunications software integration and oil automation software in

Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Designed and implemented SCADA Oil Automation software named " Truck

Manager" for BP Hellas in Aspropyrgos Greece. Software was utilizing sensor

and wireless technology to automate truck loading in each truck compartment, automatically control valves, produce customized reports and proper

documentation for fuel transportation for internal BP and government

regulatory departments. Integrated with existing BP software for 2 way data

exchange.

A modified version of Truck Manager was installed in AVIN Corinth

Refineries and other refineries and load stations in Greece and broader

EMEA area. Major addition to that version was the addition of storage and

refinery environmental variables monitoring and alarming as well as

paperwork and printout customizations. Integrated with existing Refinery

software for 2 way data exchange.

Designed a weather-prediction forecast model in collaboration with the

University of Athens and the Government of Greece. Advised C-level software

development and telecommunications executives on technology and vendor

selection. Participated as a contractor in projects for the European

Commission and several ITC customers.
