Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager

Project Management – Oversee Retooling and Refurbishment of entire Automated

Assembly Line for new Product.

Engineering/Design – Produce new Mechanical Design for each Station/Work Cell. This

includes redesign of existing equipment and designing complete new stations from

concept to completion. All 3-D Models and prints were produced in Solidworks 2012.

Design Review – Provide review and sign off on all equipment design and layout of

internal and outsourced mechanical designs. Provide support to insure that all designs

were feasible and improve manufacturability for speed and cost savings.

Purchasing – Provide Tooling Packages to vendors to obtain pricing and timing. Order

purchased components such as pneumatics, electronics, electrical components, etc. and

track to insure they arrive on schedule.

Equipment Assembly – Meet with technicians to insure they have a clear understanding of

the project and what steps need to be taken during the assembly. Provide layout,

drawings and pertinent information to build.
