Correctional Officer

Marshall County Correctional Facility - Holly Springs, MS - October 2013 to Present

Responsibilities

I go to my assigned post on the compound. At every assigned hour me and my coworkers go into each pod to

count the inmates. We then phone in to central control with the count to confirm the count. We monitor each

cell block to make sure that they are not fighting or on cell phones. We often have to pat search for contraband.

We also go into the cells to search for contraband.

Loader

Kelly Staffing Service - Memphis, TN - April 2012 to April 2013

Responsibilities

Loading trucks by hand as boxes came down the line on the floor of the truck to the top of the truck. We would

also pull product to be loaded onto the truck.

Loader/Picker

Thomas & Betts - Byhalia, MS - January 2008 to March 2011

Responsibilities

Jobs include loading flatbeds, Ltls, and Hubs. Using the Marc System to scan pallets and product to be loaded

onto each truck. Wrapping product to be stage at the door of each truck.

Production Tech/B-lead/Paint Tech

Responsibilities

As a production tech I worked on the assembly line shooting screws, testing units to make sure they work. I

also stocked the back of the line with the parts needed for the final assembly of each unit. As a team lead I was

responsible for 15-20 poeple on the line. As a paint tech I would make sure each part was painted completely

that went on each unit.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Equant - Memphis, TN - February 1998 to October 2001

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or pallet jack. I was also the on-call person in which I would go

to the warehouse after hours to pull orders and pack them up to be shipped off to the job sites. I would also

use my own personal vehicle to transport to Fedex to be shipped off. I also would receive product into the

warehouse into the system. Responsible for stocking parts in the warehouse and doing cycle counts. Allocating

parts to different orders.
