Reg: Superintendent Position

To the Hiring Manager,

This letter is to express my interest in a Project Superintendent position with your firm. I would

like the opportunity to bring my experience and expertise to work for your company.

My resume attached shows my experience over the last 16 years as a competent Superintendent;

however space limits me from conveying the history I have in Residential building. As a

carpenter, and then a contractor, I have firsthand experience building and supervising fast track

single family homes, multi-family residential units and custom homes. As a Superintendent I

have 10 years of experience overseeing all types of Residential projects, including a hotel and a

HUD project with underground parking.

With more than 30 years of experience I feel I would be a great addition to your team. I keep a

clean, well organized and informed work environment. I perform well with others, consistently

bring projects in on time and routinely find practical solutions that save money while satisfying

customers.

I am excited for an opportunity to help your company succeed. I would appreciate meeting with

you to go over my experience in more detail. I would consider some traveling if necessary.

Please feel free to call should you have any questions. Thank you in advance for your time.

Sincerely,

Lee Smith
