Maintained and monitored data center for company using VMware with 65 Window virtual servers, 150
VMware View virtual desktops and 40 VMware ThinApp virtualized applications. Highlights of system
hardware consist of HP ProLiant Servers, VCE vBlock, Cisco Routers & Hubs, HP Workstations with IP
Sentry Network Monitoring Gear.
My daily routine was dictated by the needs of 150+ users, quickly resolving hardware/software problems
and concerns. Other duties included interfacing with outside vendors, insuring backups were successful,
and all virus definitions were updated.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
My extensive experience has given me proficiency with HP workstations/laptops/printers/ scanners,
Linksys wireless nodes, A/V equipment, Shoretel phone system, IPhones, IPads, and Blackberry
handhelds.
Besides on the job training I have been trained on Microsoft products, VMware, HP products, and
Security systems.
