out of state working on a 185 unit housing project. Currently
involved with Biloxi Seafood and Maritime Museum. Bid
several residential homes that NJB have built, themajority being
elevated. My knowledge of piles and large timbers has aided in

Superintendent
Superintendent for a multi-unit multi-family housing project for
the city of Biloxi. Worked closely with all sub-contractors with
directing a 30 man hispanic framing crew. Worked with Serv Pro to
remediate mold issues left by prior sub-contractor. Helped sub-
contractors with submittals and sending RFI's,and setting up mock-
ups for city and architects approval. Worked with city arborist in
trimming and removal of live oak trees.

Built a 109 lot FEMA park in Nicholson putting in all underground,
water, sewer,and electric. Worked with FEMA scheduling trailer
deliveries and set-ups. Worked weekends running a trackhoe,
