Extraction Plant to direct the work of an extremely tardy and recalcitrant
metal building subcontractor:
. Erected 14 per-engineered buildings among ongoing construction of a
natural gas liquid extraction facility.
. Building erection was ultimately accomplished with no negative impact
on scheduled installation of integral process piping,
. Improved schedule, and minimized costs to employer, subcontractor and
related contractors.
. Secured project completion ahead of schedule and under budget with
minimal complaints and no legal claims from other contractors.
On the N-Building Conversion Project,
. Served as office engineer and pre-bid estimator on project to convert
4 floor office building into world class genomic research facility.
. Led team to develop, monitor and update project schedule,
. processed all paperwork and expedited RFI resolution and rapid change
implementation required to destruct 160,000sf building back to bare
structure including demo and removal of all mechanical and electrical
infrastructure.
. Coordinated and expedited extremely fast track procurement process for

On the Lakeveiw Middle School as replacement superintendent at 70%
