• Implemented Asset Management Systems that increased system throughput 100%. Co-developed the system that
allowed customers to house large high-resolution files in system, but send lo-resolution versions. This doubled the
amount of data that could be sent, and allowed customers to organize and catalog files efficiently.

• Researched and co-developed Enterprise Management System (EMS) with Kodak, allowing for company data
management in real time, reducing employee workload and processing time by 80% and strengthening market position.
Cost Containment:
• Cut job processing time 85% and eliminated currier costs by analyzing current production processes, co-developing
and implementing Synapse Prepare, Prinergy, and Synapse Insite application and work flows that allowed customers to
check, process and send files electronically in print-ready PDF format.

• Developed workflow processes that contributed to winning a $4 million sale and subsequent $1.5 million sale by
utilizing automated steps to run jobs hands free. Developed databases to facilitate processing of data, and trained staff
