"Continuously Operating Reference Station for GNSS"

DESCRIPTION:

. CORS is means the network which has the master control station.

. GNSS means the Navigation satellite World over, In India IRNSS and

SBAS (GAGAN).

. CORS required to rectify the GNSS errors through continues monitoring

of Navigation satellite.

. Installation of CORS for GNSS increases the accuracy of positioning.

. GNSS is under three important terms Position, Navigation and Time

(PNT).

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT:

. Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Global Positioning

System (GPS) are major upcoming field in India.

. This gives Geo Spacial Solution in numbers of applications.

. They are Agriculture, Safety &Security, Vehicle tracking, LBS,

Fishing, Mining etc.
