• Solving door problems, wall and ceiling partition framing both wood and metal, window replacing,

repairing and installing, plus additional carpentry techniques and applications

Painting and Drywall

• Drywall and plastering repair, maintenance and installation

• Interior and exterior painting of ceilings, walls, trim, masonry, brick,textured wall and drywall

• Wall paper installing and removing, wood staining and additional painting techniques

Basic Electrical

• Troubleshooting and repair of various switches, receptacles and light fixtures of various types

• Basic stripping, splicing, joining of wiring, works with high voltage 110-240 volts

• Read wiring diagrams in both schematic and pictorial form and additional electrical applications

Basic Plumbing

• Kitchen and Bath faucet problems & repairs, common toilet problems, clearing clogs in sinks,toilets, drains

• Installing faucets & spouts,toilets, new plumbing under sinks, tub & shower plumbing, shut off valves

HVAC/R

• Trouble-shoots diagnoses and corrects electric and gas furnaces and air conditioning failures

• Recovery, recycling, reclaiming of basic refrigerants

• Flaring, soldering, brazing, bending copper tubing and cutting, joining PVC or CPVC piping

• Troubleshooting basic controls, electric motors, solid state devices
