site manager to re-secure contract; identified issues and established
process improvements, successfully reorganizing project within two
months.
. Ft. Belvoir Telecommunications Project, VA (DoD): In initial four days,
learned scheduling software tool (Primavera P3), established project
schedule, identified project status, provided information for Pentagon
briefing, establishing project efficiency and ensuring continuation of
progress payments. Subsequently established implementation plans and
detailed schedules.
. Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority Telecommunications Project,
VA: Managed implementation of telecom system at Dulles International
Airport. Coordinated trouble-free system cutover. Increased base value
of contract by 50 percent and was awarded second contract with United
Airlines to transfer operations from Midfield to Main Terminal.
. Kuala Lumpur Total Airport Management System (TAMS) Project, Malaysia:
Established team of Quantity Surveyors to develop and process change
orders and capture proposed contract changes. Managed development and
negotiations of change orders. Successfully managed closeout of program,
liquidation of all in-country assets, and negotiation of $60M claim.
