demographics, insurance information along with their authorizations, verification of eligibility.
Responsible for pre arranged packets for new admits. Audits making sure all paper work required
was in charts, staffs signatures were present as witness to patient, such as rights, advance directive
forms, med list. Follow up on faxed Dr. orders for signatures authorizing care, changes in meds,
