. Designed and implemented upgrades for Nuclear Asset Suite, to allow

merging financial/GL processing with legacy systems. Created data

warehouse for Oracle feeds prior to Passport processing.

. Created Technical Documentation (Business/Technical Impact Analysis,

Specifications, Disaster Recovery) and satisfied Sarbanes-Oxley

requirements for a project that was missing all such documentation and

failed audit reviews. This also facilitated business analysts and

technicians to resolve outstanding defects and regain clarity on the

effort.

Summary: Migrated all invoice processing from legacy Progress systems

into Duke's Nuclear Asset Suite, and within a six month timeframe.

. Designed and created database and interface between legacy Passport

and CAPS financial systems, processing EDI and WebMethods

transactions.

. Coordinated testing and defect resolution efforts with business, using

HP Quality Center to complete UAT testing, including running automated

and manual testing scripts, managing all defects via HP QC, and

core/critical failed project, as part of an exclusive 4-person expert

"rescue squad". Created vital business solutions and implemented them

under tight deadlines and close business scrutiny, for a new out-sourced

system that had completely failed. Performed extensive re-engineering of

200+ applications, in order to fix the entire integrated system.
