Financial Management: Instituted activity based budgeting as part of re-engineering financial management
process. Activity based budgeting allowed the company to understand its revenue and costs were being
generated which then allowed for the company to properly allocate resources ensuring the strategic growth
objectives were met.
Operations: Performed operational and capability assessment for departments resulting in increased productivity,
improved staff deployment, increase in revenue and a lower cost per unit.
Process Development/Improvement: Dramatically improved the process of supporting equipment in the field by
