Oracle Applications Global Support is a project with the Technical Support
and Enhancements/ Upgrade of Oracle Financial Applications (11i and R12),
Unix, SQL - PLSQL, across multiple businesses spread over four production
instances. The project is on a 24X7 support with team from across the globe
(Japan, Australia, UK, India, US).

This project was an OFSAA implementation for MFTP (Matched Fund Transfer
Pricing), ALM (Asset Liability Management), and Profitability module for
India operations at UBI.
Technologies and tools used - OFSAA (analytics), OWB (ETL), OBIEE (for
reporting), SQL and PLSQL (for customizations)
Role and Key Highlight
. Carried out the requirement gathering during the initial phase of this
project along with the domain experts and the functional team. And
this involved mapping of data required by OFSAA and identifying its
equivalent at the various source systems of the bank.
. Involved in designing and documenting strategies and logics for
Extraction, Transformation and Loading data from the source to the
target (OFSAA) database

This project was for the Corporate Business Systems (CBS) division of

Financials version 11.5.10 and the interfaces.
For Oracle Financials - Technical support and enhancements using PL/SQL,
SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow
Role and Key Highlights
. Carried out developments through the life cycle beginning from
Requirements Analysis, preparing the Technical Designs (MD70),
Migration Documents (MD120), performing extensive Unit Testing and
Peer Review on the work products
. Enhancements and customizations and solving technical issues of
modules like AP, AR, GL, IEX, OM and PO on work products like Oracle
Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, PL/SQL package, shell script.
. Worked exclusively on India Localization to develop cheque printing
report, taking part in requirements gathering with the user, creating
functional test cases and providing alternatives wherever possible

involved design and build using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle
Workflow
Role and Key Highlights
. Contributed to Design and Development of the custom bolt-on
application (Cash Flow Finance module) which captures cash flow
finance of the bank and transfers the details to General Ledger of E-
Business Suite.
. Worked on Technical Design (MD70), development and preparation of Unit
Test Cases for custom Forms of Manual Charges & Refunds process,
Credit Protection Process and Reserves Process highlight being Product
