As a build technician I was responsible for migrating Windows XP to Windows Vista in new desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs for deployment and associate new machines with users in a database utilizing a zero-touch BDD process.

Install custom applications as required by the user (either manually or via SMS advertisements), and verified machine functionalities (post build).

Delivered newly customized machines to a holding area ready for deployment, and at times, install them at the users’ offices.

DuPont Project with Accenture: Assisted users at A.I. DuPont in the Creative Construct area with MyAccess and other legacy applications.
