I was responsible for developing proposals for products / services and preparing offers related to IT and
Application Management Services solutions for the customers.
Mentor of 4 participants selected in the HP University. Some of my time is also dedicated to participate
with HR in selection and career plans of HP University.
Responsible for the lead in the PMP Certification. Organization and management of PMP certification
within the HP FY13 wave of 40 Project Managers – Formed a part of this group.

During 10 years I was responsible for projects at Telefonica and also interacts with all internal areas and
stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the project. The principal activities are team coordination,
planning, risk management, finance control, results achievement, requirements definition, ensuring project
implementation, management of deliveries and other activities related with project management.
I was a Project Management in the in Telecommunications sector, Projects for Operators of Cable mainly.
Within the Project NEON (framed strategic initiative in the field of business Wholesale / Regulation). I
developed the work of the Project Head of Wholesale AMLT Service, Analytical for Operators, damage
claims for AMLT service also Project Access Wholesale Service Registries and Pipes (MARCO).
The developed activities have allowed me acquired the Client's Functional Knowledge and their
necessities, to elaborate Agreements of Service Level, and to negotiate aspects of the offer, to establish
objectives, reach of the projects, strategy and planning, to elaborate presentations and reports, project plan,
risk analysis. A Technical Knowledge due to the necessity of the creation of Environments (Platforms),
estimate hardware and software resources and the necessities of the project in different environments of
Work (Develop, Certification, Production). Relate personal with the user to negotiate start the project,
acceptances projects, incidences resolution, (Technical and Budgetary), to achieve the user's trust,
maintaining a positive environment until in crisis moments.
