Mirjana Jo?i? has more that 10 years experience in developing large scale
regional and international projects, specifically related to the
construction industry, commercial, industrial and infrastructure facilities
and renovations of judiciary and school buildings regarding the energy
efficiency perspective.
With MSc in Architecture and MBA, she has successfully managed different
phases of construction project life cycle; planning and organizing, urban
analysis, market research, integrated budget estimation and planning, land
purchasing, design management, permitting, contracting, renovations,
construction monitoring, project delivery, tenant management, energy
efficiency and thereby increasing business values in property.

Responsible for the reconstruction and construction component of the
project "Access to Justice" donated by the Norwegian Government. The
project goal is to implement the best practices to strengthen the rule of
law, independence of the judiciary and the justice facilities. The
construction component is consisting of institutional buildings renovations
and infrastructure facilities. These consider renovations of court
buildings, special juvenile institution, detention and correctional
institutional buildings and the Judicial Council developing. Also it
considers complete renovation of water and sewage (WS) infrastructure,
heating (HVAC) facility and electrical installation including PS. The
Project officer role is to implement projects as the implementation partner
for the beneficiary - the Ministry of Justice. This role considers regular
progress reporting on status of project implementation, analysing and
finding optimal solutions for project progress. The tender and the
contracting procedures are according to PRAG rules and FIDIC
recommendations. Prepared the tender and contract documentations. Making
the Inception and assessment reports for further project's development and
dissemination which consider the wide scope of infrastructural and urban

Author and Developer of The CT Project, sponsored by The World Bank project
"West Balkan Development Marketplace". Title of the project: "The in-depth

Danube)".
The Objective: to create new job posts, to improve local economy in
innovative approach.
Responsibility: project initiation and coordination, lead and management of
