PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am an outgoing, friendly, and dedicated individual who has a desire to succeed in
any given environment. Although I have experience in the both office settings and
the Public School industry with strong SPED knowledge, I love to learn and am
always up to a challenge whatever the situation. I love a team environment with
great collaboration, while also working efficiently on my own. I am seeking a
position where I can develop and excel while giving my best to an employer.
OBJECTIVES
I am currently seeking employment within an office to utilize my effective
organizational and communication skills that will make me a complimentary
addition to the workplace.

but not limited to lowering APR’s, waiving fees, retaining customers,
addressing general customer service questions. Installed and maintained
computer software, called in to tech support to work through any
glitches or issues that came up. Weekly phone calls from team support,
communicated via phone and/or chat box with both employees and
managers. Kept credit card numbers secure, disposed properly of any
and all written notes to ensure customer and client integrity.
