Description: Currently there is no system which is tracking and monitoring of payments which will
happened through Bank of America across the world. So by introducing the new application called
OneView will fulfill this gap.
OneView is an application which will effectively tracking and monitoring the payment system which
passes multiple systems, it automatically generate the alerts and notifications for any issues in early stage.
So the team will take further action and fixes the issues once they became critical.

CSMT - Cross Sell Middle tier is a J2EE middle ware application, the main purpose is to serve all
banking channels to sell various card products. The system is activated by receiving requests from up
streams through wither HTTPS web services or MQ requests. All the requests and responses are in XML
format.
POE - Product Offer Engine is a system to maintain all marketing campaigns including pricing and
promotional offers. It holds and maintains offers new products to the bank customers. Helping bank to
gain new and retain existing customer. POE is birth place for any new credit card.
