commercial use. I manage all facility management on all projects after
completing construction. I have experience working within the NYC metro
area, including all five boroughs. I have managed both on-site and off-

. Established National Account purchases of materials and equipment at
lower costs resulting in $1.2 million dollars in savings.
. Achieved construction of the first certified LEED store for IKEA
worldwide in Stoughton, Massachusetts, 2005.
. $200 Million project, Certified Silver LEED store in Brooklyn, NY.
