I am a Construction Project Manager and experienced in Facility Management.

I have proven success in managing facility teams, demolition, new

construction and remodeling. All projects on time, on budget and ready for

lower costs resulting in $1.2 million dollars in savings.

. Achieved construction of the first certified LEED store for IKEA

worldwide in Stoughton, Massachusetts, 2005.
