Responsible for the maintenance of the sales area and assist possible buyers as requested on customers
and sales personnel as needed. Completed inventory of model rooms contents on form provided by the
organization. Stock sales area, food supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.) as needed. Replenish supplies such as
drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items in the model room. Gather and empty trash.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or
other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Mix water and
detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Steam clean or
shampoo carpets, polish floors. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in
order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks
as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not
created. Notify supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
and model rooms. Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out. Replace light bulbs.
Observe precautions required to protect resort and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found
articles to supervisors.

Received, unloaded, checked in, and shelved orders. Properly identified and tagged all returns, cores and
defects. Cleaned counters and work areas, sweep/vacuum floors and remove trash when necessary. When
pulling parts, double checked parts numbers and verified all items to be delivered. Conducted a Daily Pre
Trip Inspection/Checklist before 1st delivery to company vehicle. Verified inspection stickers and registrations
