Forming Machine Operator Record cryogenic readings that must be in
specification every hour. Examine blancher and dryer for temperature and
working order. Watch and learn from mechanics duty for operator to
troubleshoot machine. Collected one sample from each set of punches, a
total of ten. Analyzed grams for specific weights. Peeled product, weighed
filling. Pulled a sample from each side of the noodle press. Using
micrometer, analyzed thickness. Behind machine, hammered roller handles on
each side for thinner or thicker product. Individual set screws adjusted
punches. Control panel adjusted entire punches at one time. Recorded
specific weight on statistical process control sheet every hour. Inspected
conveyor belt for quality product.
Cookie Dough Extruder Primed doering and filling pump for specific
amount of dough and filling., Programmed computer for specific amount of
toppings. Made machine adjustments for accurate weights to be recorded on
statistical process control sheets every twenty minutes. Relived mixer
helper for breaks by driving walkie back and forth to pump. Added fifty
pound blocks of ingredient and programmed mixer, hoed out dough. Programmed
usage into computer. .
Equipment Preparation and Set Up (EPSU) Cleaned air units in the
mezzanine. This involved boosted pressure hoses, chemicals, portable
pressure tank and ladder which I set up for all the air units in Toll
House. Drove scissor lift to the filters on the ceiling, remove filters
and replace with filters I previously washed and dried. Also washed and
dried fiber filters, dust collector filters and silo filters. I vacuumed
with an explosion proof vacuum and cleaned dozen of computers. I was
responsible for cleaning Carbon Dioxide Exhaust on roof of building.
Load and Transfer Slid cut pasta very neatly with one hand
transferring it very neatly into the other hand and place onto another
conveyor belt then loaded into package.
Caser Operator Sliding chubs from a conveyor belt into partially
constructed boxes through a glue machine, then palletized and recorded
count.
