Directed financial and accounting operations, spanning development
projects, recapitalization efforts, acquisition diligence, and creation of
key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborated with CEO and Chief
Development Officer to formulate strategy and make decisions regarding
potential acquisition and development opportunities. Interfaced with Board
of Directors, banking partners, and resort general managers/executive
teams. Led annual budget process for $250M in annual revenue; financial
statement preparation, consolidation, reporting, and analysis; cash flow
reporting and analysis; asset management reporting; forecasting and

$50M, respectively. Led all financial transactions, conducted due
diligence, and coordinated financial activities with banking partners.

comprised of both debt and equity from family and external bank
syndicate. Spearheaded capital restructuring initiatives, coordinated

developing and implementing transaction systems upgrade.
