hardware and software components, installations, and maintenance, troubleshooting and support functions
for network systems. Set up All Estimation; and Project Management systems using Timberline and
Primavera products.

Recruited to spearhead design and implementation of sales structures and develop infrastructure of national sales and estimation
procedures with responsibility for Western US; lead projects (budgeting, strategic planning and analysis) in US and abroad. Diverse

construction firms. Recruit, train and lead project teams; steer global projects from concept through delivery and follow up; estimate

• Championed strategies that increased IPS client base and repeatedly generated monthly revenues of nearly $1

CHIEF ENGINEER, 1999 – 2002
CENTENNIAL MANAGEMENT, Salt Lake City, UT
Served as Head Engineer and led IT, technical and engineering functions for all refrigeration, ice, water and building plant
operations, as well as handled complex scheduling for the E Center. Coordinated procurement of mechanical and electrical supplies
and managed all mechanical functions of E Center. Developed and facilitated training for maintenance, operation and optimization of
refrigeration systems. Managed a $ 20 million annual budget. SCADA, LonWorks, Token Ring all aspects of machine integration
into JC Metasys.
Selected accomplishments:
• Hosted multiple World Championship events (Hockey, Figure Skating and Ice Cycle Racing) and featured the
2002 Winter Olympic Hockey event in the US.
• Saved $100,000 in one year by optimizing lighting and building automation processes.
• Piloted US Government project in conjunction with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory of California and
the Las Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico in response to terrorist threats in Salt Lake City.
• Played a key role in bulk purchase of electricity for E Center. Designed and installed metering capability to shunt
power (shed) at peak loads to secure lower rate.

large organizations including Shell, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Northstar Gas, Enron, Exxon and Chevron. Orchestrated day-to-day
plant operation and construction. Oversaw key hardware and software components, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and
support functions for large network systems. Led research and assessment of new technologies; conducted safety studies, job cost
tracking and estimation.
Project Highlights include:
• Led maintenance and construction of world’s largest lubrication plant (Texaco U.S.A, now Equilon-Shell).
• Championed improvements for Northshore High School and Pasadena High School with combined project values
of $110 million.
