By the time Laidlaw Corporation ceased manufacturing operations in continental USA and new owners decided to
move it offshore, I decided it was a good opportunity to start my own business and LEI was formed with the basis of
outsourcing all my customer needs.
Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the project Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing
product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales,
marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Some customers: Eurotech
Communication marketing and Distribution in USA and Mexico, Miden and Gamas Group taking over neglected
business bringing three large accounts, identifying new growing areas, and maintaining strong client relations. Directly
participated in the efforts to start up a new repair facility in the area for Jabil Global Services, helping to implement the
facility and start up personnel. Developed global manufacturing and supply chain initiatives for Quimica Lee and
Prestini Reeds to assure the best quality, and optimized cost.
