1. Helpdesk

1.1 Helpdesk monitoring and report

other company systems.

2.5 Perform regular computer maintenance and fine tuning (deployment of updated windows, defragging, old

file purging checking of internet cookies, etc.) that ensures unnecessary computer breakdowns in the

future.

2.6 Purging of illegal software, ensuring that only legal software’s (and operating system) are being used by

the end-users.

2.7 Maintain pc related inventory parts for emergency repair (RAM etc.)

3. System administration of external / outsource systems

3.1 Coordination with the company end-user and various outsource technical staff regarding the maintenance

of external servers (I-net, PACS, Clear stream, Roce, ECG, and Treadmill.)

4. Voice network administration (PABX, Direct lines and Fax)

4.1 Administration of all PABX hardware of other telephone related equipments

4.2 Deployment of all local, direct line telephone units, including FAX machine

4.3 Responsible for all telephone cables, including backbone voice cables

4.4 Assists in telephone application, including trunk line.

5. Asset monitoring, inventory, accountability, (CID management)

5.1 Monitoring of all IT equipments and issuance of accountability forms to the end-users.

5.2 Ensure that the Centralized Inventory Database (CID) is always updated
