Description:
Big Air Studio is one of the Movie distributors in USA. They do take rights, license to distribute movies, DVD’s, CD
etc in USA. The primary objective is to launch campaign for customers imported from ‘Vitrue’ vendor and convert
these customers into ‘Big Air Insider’ Loyalty program members. Based on Customer’s activity provide coupons,
points, Tier Change etc.
Responsibilities:
• Set up the integration with external vendor to FTP a flat file, to create List for Campaign Launch.
• Set up the Batch interface (EIM) to create/update Customers, Campaign Response and Loyalty Transaction.
• Set up the email triggers for various customers’ activity from Siebel.
• Set up the Loyalty Program which is enabled for Loyalty member’s enrollment, Tiers, Accrual Transactions,
and Redemption Transactions etc.
• Writing unit test cases and closely work with QA team on explaining the functionality and fixing the issues

Responsibilities:
• Interaction with the business to understand the outstanding issues post upgrade and implementing/fixing the
same.
• Siebel gap analysis between 7.8 and 8.1.1.10 with respect to Open UI and configuration/scripting standards.
• Involved in fixing Open UI related issues, browser scripting re-writes to PM/PR model.
• Executed unit test cases for each entity and fixed the issues from Configuration, Workflow, Scripting, image
rendering issues etc.

Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. (TMS) is most popular and branded US based Car selling company which uses Siebel
automotive application to provide services and offers for customers. It also uses Siebel eDealer application for
external users and is governed by TMS. The primary objective of the system is to improve the customer relations and
customer satisfaction there by increasing the revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries through email and Phone and resolving user/admin tickets
• Work with other interface team in regards with any issue/enhancement/upgrade purpose
• Sending reports (Daily/Weekly/monthly) to business team
• Study the clients requirements document and involved in low-level design
• Configuring Siebel application (create/modify Business components, fields, joins, links, pick list etc.) based
on the business requirements.

communication application connects various enterprise applications used for Billing, Order and Service Management,
Inventory etc. This project is being started from the scratch to develop the End to End suite with Oracle Products.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding and analyzing of the Telecom Requirements.
• Written Business Services using Siebel eScript to achieve functionality for various major Business Processes.
• Created predefined queries for Activities in the application.
