Provided world class service to clients. Delivered the safest pleasurable experience for those

traveling to choice destinations, traveling in the first and business class cabins. Required to

complete and maintain proficiency in multiple courses from safety, food and beverage service,

customer service, and customer management. Was utilized by training operations to

demonstrate to new First Class Cabin staff the proper methods and process for handling all on

ground, inflight and post arrival operations. Conducted inaugural flight operations and press

briefings with CEO. Assisted junior crew in resolving passenger conflicts that would arrive during
