I graduated from the Professional Cooking and Baking training program at the AVTEC,

Alaska’s Institute of Technology in Seward. This course offers comprehensive hands on

training in culinary arts, ala carte cooking, volume food production, culinary baking, buffet

catering, purchasing and inventory, menu development and much, much more.

I graduated from this training on December 20th, 2013 and am looking forward to applying

the knowledge and experience I have acquired at AVTEC, and beginning a career in the

culinary field. I enjoy this line of work, and take pride in every dish I prepare.
