services - (oversight for all On-Board Revenue, Hotel Services, Food &
Beverage Operations as well as Entertainment). The existing fleet
consists of 10 Vessels /18000 lower berths with ongoing expansion in
progress. AIDA Cruises with its 6300 associates generates annual revenues
in excess of 1B and remains one of the most profitable cruise companies in
the industry. AIDA is part of the Costa Group Europe (one company -two
brands-two locations) and operates as a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation.

Senior Vice-President, Resort Experience
Recruited for this unique startup project, overseeing all aspects of the
pre-opening planning, leadership selection, service delivery, and
operational standards for the Revel Guest Experience, including: casino
(2800 slots-120 tables), hotel operations, entertainment, food & beverage,
spa, pool, and recreation. This 1900 room resort/casino complex encompasses
6 million sqft and is located directly on the beach of Atlantic City, New
Jersey. My New Jersey "Employee Key Gaming License" is valid through
3/2017.

The Boca Raton Resort & Club is the flagship of the company, comprised of
five separate buildings. This landmark incorporates 1047 rooms, 12 outlets
and 135,000 sq. ft. of function space, catering to both leisure and group
business. Additionally, this 400-acre resort incorporates two independent
golf courses, an award winning 42-treatment room full services Spa, 40-slip
full service marina, 34 tennis courts and hosts in excess of 3800+ members
in its private Premier Club.
. Orchestrated a three-year $150M resort wide renovation scope.
. Administered and managed an associate base of over 2000 employees.
. Directed all facets of the Club & Resort operation - $185M sales -
40% EBITDA.
. Converted Club membership program from refundable to non-refundable
systems.

a multi-year renovation under new ownership. I remained with the Blackstone
portfolio, and transferred back to USA to manage the newly acquired the
"Boca Raton Resort & Club" in Florida.

The Keswick Estate, 650 acres, encompasses a private country club with
tennis and golf, real estate sales and a high end boutique hotel built in a
Tuscan style, encompasses 650 acres and is made up of three separate
components: a Hotel, a Country Club with an award winning Arnold Palmer
Golf Course, and residential real estate sales. This Estate has its own
water treatment plants, providing utilities and full maintenance service to
all residents and operating facilities.
The Inn at Perry Cabin, a favorite Hemmingway style get-away, located on
the eastern shore of Maryland, situated directly on the Chesapeake Bay.
. Transitioned both properties into the Orient-Express portfolio.
. Obtained "Cond Nast" Gold List (2000) for both properties, as well
as Top Ten small Hotels of the World (1999).
