Self Storage 3/99 to 6/03

Team Occupation. Wife of 23 yrs. and I managed 479 storefront rental spaces

and over 1000 storage units. Employed 8 laborers and 3 office assistants.

Performed all business duties for absent owner, maintained grounds and

structures, leased storage units and storefronts, revamped and repainted

entire facility, made constant structural changes to accommodate 2, 3 or 4

space store fronts, min 50 hrs a week utilizing computer resources and

cared for the day to day as it were our own.

Managed 5 Locations and a 7 bay full service repair facility were I was

locations.
