As an Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I work with juveniles who are
court mandated to the Juvenile Drug Court program due to legal and drug and
alcohol issues. I counsel them in regards to addiction, the disease concept
of addiction, and how to deal with triggers of using drugs and alcohol
effectively. I collaborate with probation office as well as the court
assignees (i.e. Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, and Judge). I
attend weekly court meetings and hearing to submit progress reports to the
legal team

As a BSC/MT, I will create treatment goals that will promote stabilization
of the child's/adolescent's behaviors, encouraging and empowering parents

are children on the spectrum of Autism.
9/2011 to 10/2012- Program Specialist and Program Manager at Northwestern

As a Program Specialist, I worked within the Therapeutic Foster Care
program as a clinician for foster children. I will create treatment plans,
hold weekly therapy sessions with client, bi-weekly therapy sessions with
biological and foster parents, hold ISPT meetings, and collaborate with
other involved entities. As a Program Manager within the Foster Care Plus
program, I specialized in case management, assuring that client's basic and
