Branch Manager (Multi-unit), Milwaukee and Madison, WI 2007 to 2013
Full P&L responsibility for branches covering the southern Wisconsin
service market. Directed operations of branches and responsible for day to
day operations as well as overall performance and safety of over 150
employees and management staff. Insured customer satisfaction while
managing the inherent risk in the operation. Effectively managed the
performance and maintenance of the fleet of 60+ vehicles, equipment, and
facilities.
. Responsible for annual revenue of nearly $10MM in Southern Wisconsin
area. Developed and implemented strategies to turn around
underperforming branches from unprofitable to nearly 13.1% profit versus
a company goal of 10%. Exceeded sales and profit budgets each of the
last three years.
. Supported the $9MM acquisition of Big Ten Armored in Wisconsin and

Planned and managed facility expansion in preparation for integration of

equipment while transitioning from manual processes with zero customer
impact.
