Loomis is the international leader in the cash handling services industry.

The international network covers over 400 operating locations in the US and

eleven western European countries.

Branch Manager (Multi-unit), Milwaukee and Madison, WI 2007 to 2013

Full P&L responsibility for branches covering the southern Wisconsin

service market. Directed operations of branches and responsible for day to

day operations as well as overall performance and safety of over 150

employees and management staff. Insured customer satisfaction while

managing the inherent risk in the operation. Effectively managed the

performance and maintenance of the fleet of 60+ vehicles, equipment, and

facilities.

. Responsible for annual revenue of nearly $10MM in Southern Wisconsin

area. Developed and implemented strategies to turn around

underperforming branches from unprofitable to nearly 13.1% profit versus

a company goal of 10%. Exceeded sales and profit budgets each of the

last three years.

. Supported the $9MM acquisition of Big Ten Armored in Wisconsin and

Minnesota. Participated in NDA, Due Diligence, and integration.

Planned and managed facility expansion in preparation for integration of

facilities.

. Presented "Lessons Learned" from the Big Ten acquisition to the company

at the Loomis World Summit meeting in Barcelona, Spain, in preparation

for the $100MM acquisition of Pendum.

. Supported the acquisition of Pendum in Wisconsin. Primary focus was

integration of a very large portfolio of ATM's as well as assets and

employees.

. Prepared and defended annual budgets and business plans, quarterly

forecasts, and monthly projections.

. Supported and implemented the first production rollout of automated,

robotic coin wrapping equipment for Loomis. Worked with suppliers,

vendors and engineers to fine-tune and improve efficiency of the

equipment while transitioning from manual processes with zero customer

impact.

. Collaborated and supported local and national sales representatives in

making sales calls, negotiations and presentations for existing and

prospective clients. Facilitated facility tours, demonstrations and

external audits.
