Nutrition Department. Was hired as Assistant Manager and promoted to
Manager in September 2012. Responsible for the supervision of a staff of
six which includes hiring, discipline, training and mentoring employees to
perform job duties. I also was responsible for maintaining Federal and
State Regulations, compiling and analyzing detailed reports and records
which include financial reports and balancing of monies. Conducted staff
trainings and evaluations.

my 20 year employment including inventory control- training of new
employees in various departments. I monitored quality control and
maintained production logs. I devised new work methods and procedures
improving quality while reducing cost. Company downsized by one-third, was
dislocated from job and returned to college

church. Responsible for all activities and services of the church. Prepare
all required reports and be available for all counseling needs

Conducted Academic workshops for the College Developmental Division,
assisted in the recruitment of new students. I developed and implemented
the college's first industrial internship in human services, promoted the
program and marketed it to the community. I worked an internship for three
months as a human services supervisor in an industrial setting.
