Overnight Supervisor at the (Landmark) Daily News Building. In charge of a building

consisting of 37 floors with a large # of corporate tenants. The Anchor tenant is

WPIX, Channel 11 along with the United Nations (5 floors). My responsibilities

include the Fire Command Station (disabling and enabling entire building as well as

individual floors), all floors remaining secure (all doors locked), Inventory counts,

Equipment counts, Alley connecting us to a major Hotel next door, Perimeter, 5

Elevator banks, an Engineer on duty, another Guard on duty, signing in and

reviewing credentials by all Contractors, checking C.O.I.’s for updated status,

Communicate with Management for the building concerning all Incidents (reports

written), responsible for checking all Identifications, maintaining a Log Book and

Supervisory Notes on a regular basis.

2004 – 2007 MAI INVESTMENT PROPERTIES New York, NY

Contacted owners and developers of Manhattan real estate. Negotiated deals ranging

from $1M to $230M. Created and managed a high profile Portfolio of clients willing to

share their confidential information and entertain selling their properties. Handled all

correspondence between company and clients. Managed to bring in more clients than

anyone else within company.

2002 – 2004 JOHN ANTHONY GROUP New York, NY

Trained how to partner with sellers of large properties. Managed all new recruits and

trained them in cold calling sellers and buyers of Manhattan real estate. Built a

portfolio of owners throughout the city. Obtained and followed up on all offers..

2000 – 2002 TOP HAT IMAGEWEAR Hempstead, NY

Vice President Luxury Properties. Negotiated with General Managers of Nationwide

Luxury Hotels and Restaurants. Sold Custom Uniforms for all departments. Created and

managed campaigns to position company as the Leader in High end Uniforms within all

hotel departments.

Vice President New Business Development. Introduced company Nationwide. Built

and managed Sales and Sales staff. Main accounts were Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth

Education Avenue, Nordstrom’s and Macys nationwide. Aggregate sales generated for the

brand is $2.5 billion.
