include the Fire Command Station (disabling and enabling entire building as well as
individual floors), all floors remaining secure (all doors locked), Inventory counts,
Equipment counts, Alley connecting us to a major Hotel next door, Perimeter, 5
Elevator banks, an Engineer on duty, another Guard on duty, signing in and
reviewing credentials by all Contractors, checking C.O.I.’s for updated status,
Communicate with Management for the building concerning all Incidents (reports
written), responsible for checking all Identifications, maintaining a Log Book and
Supervisory Notes on a regular basis.

from $1M to $230M. Created and managed a high profile Portfolio of clients willing to
share their confidential information and entertain selling their properties. Handled all
