• Predominantly HVAC projects, performing estimating and project management
duties for the mechanical trade including both HVAC and Plumbing in the
commercial/industrial construction field.

• Responsible for Product Data Submittal Packages insuring streamline integration
with design firms and intended project application.
• When project conditions require adjustment in equipment and systems design I
am adept at facilitating communication between the necessary design firm
professionals and often integrate valuable input facilitating solutions.
• Coordination with general contractors communicating lead times and execution of
order fulfillment to maximize efficiencies to meet schedule demands.
• Assign duration and material costs to create schedule of values for project
AIA progress billing. Responsible for maintaining positive cash flow for the
duration of the project.
• Attend progress meetings to discuss progressive timeline as it pertains to the
project schedule. I often assist in strategic planning and phasing of multiple trades
to optimize schedule progress.
• Complete closeout documentation: Operation and Maintenance Manuals,
Bacteriological Testing, Backflow Preventer Certification, Letter of Guarantee
and Manufacturer Warranty Records, Valve Tag Charts, As-Built Record
Drawings and in house action item inspections resulting in efficient BOD/CO.
• Accumulative experience in trade is 25 years (approximately 11 years installation
and 14 years project management). The past 9 years specializing in US
