outpatient units. Thru labor management partnership (CQI), accomplished
eliminating workplace injuries for two years, 100% reduction to staff sick
time absence to 6.5 days per year, increased staff satisfaction in 36 areas
with 89% overall satisfaction with manager performance, maintained patient
satisfaction and participated in reduction of PDR. Duties included clinical
flow oversight for social work and discharge planning, budgets, training,
