eliminates the need for much of the manual processes of copying, faxing, using courier services for the exchange of

information between all individuals involved in the process. SESIS provides most student data in real time. When an

authorized individual updates a case in SESIS, the student record is automatically updated which allows all involved parties

to see the most current information.

Solution Manager) provides network services through CR (Client Request) process and the inventory. EFMS and

USRP are used to provisioning, and Procurement process. BP3 is used to send all billing data to GBP, which bills

the customer by generating invoices. The Implementation process begins with a client request for service and end

with turn up, Change, or deletion of a network site.

Key Contributions:

Developed test plans and test cases based on the system requirements.

Used simulators to do pair wise testing.

Used XML files to simulate testing.

booking and hotel reservations for customers when they redeem their reward points.
